Carter's 3rd Birthday - Fun Stuff

Carter's Birthday isn't until Friday, but we sure celebrated in true Never Land Pirate style this weekend!! It was so fun to see a lot of Carter's friends come out and play! Now, parties are kind of stressful for me, I'm busy with work, but I LOVE being creative and crafty for my parties too, so really, party planning is a good time-management exercise for me. But, I'm in love with the way everything turned out, and just seeing Carter get to play and celebrate with all of his friends was worth every amount of stress that went into this! Carter has been waiting so patiently for his birthday party, especially since Tanner just had one, then me, he frequently asks, "Is it my birthday party yet?" I loved being able to finally say "YES! GO HAVE FUN!" Though, I'm not sure his party fix was thoroughly met, because while putting him to bed he asks, "Mommy, can I have another birthday party?" Oh boy, here we go... lol.

 



Ryan + Lindsay - Maternity

You know those times when you see a couple together and you think: Wow, they will have beautiful babies together! Well, that's what I thought when I first saw Ryan and Lindsay together. I met Ryan - I don't know, probably in middle school??? But I didn't meet Lindsay until they got married and I shot their wedding. But when I saw them together, I definitely had that thought - well, here they are, about to have their bound-to-be-adorable little boy Ryder James! I am very grateful that Lindsay reached out to me again to do their maternity photos. Can't wait to see pics of that little boy!
